SECTION 5- REFUNDS

We allow refunds within a 24 hour period if you are not satisfied or don't understand our services, which means you have 24 hours after signing up for a Global Whale subscription package to receive a refund.

To get a refund you can contact us at support@GlobalWhale.de  and we will help you within 6 hours. It usually takes 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

However, we are under no obligation to process a refund after 24 hours in other circumstances, including where you forgot to auto-renew your subscription. It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by logging in or emailing support@GlobalWhale.de. We also accept refunds if you pay with cryptocurrencies eg via Coinbase, however we charge a 20% fee as this can lead to transaction fees and other complications.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USE
