Refund Policy

We allow refunds within 24 hours if you are not satisfied or don't understand our services. This means you have 24 hours after purchasing a Global Whale subscription package to request a refund.

To get a refund you can contact us at support@GlobalWhale.deContact   and we will help you within (Max.2) hours. Refunds generally take 2-3 business days to arrive in your bank account.

We allow refunds, but are  under no obligation to process a refund after 24 hours in other circumstances, including if you forget to cancel in time.

You can manage your subscription by logging in or by emailing  Support@GlobalWhale.de . We also accept refunds if you pay with cryptocurrencies, however, we charge 20% fee as this leads to transaction costs and other complications.
